TX22 has cheaper mags. The P322 does not feel cheap like the TX22. The P322 has nicer factory sights. The base model TX22 is not optics ready. You have to get the TX22 competition model or compact model if you want to put a dot on it. The P322 is optics ready. The P322 is hammer fired while the TX22 is striker fired. So I am in a compliant state (non threaded barrel and 10rd cap). Really want the P322, but Sig is not making it for restricted states and no immediate plan to. If I have a local shop pin the barrel and block the mag, I will have no valid warranty from Sig on the P322. If I go the TX22 route (non-competition version) it will not be optic ready.
