According to a user on Gamefaqs, the only Dragon Quest 3 remake that had remember was the gameboy color one. The remember spell wasn't in the original DQ3, and only later versions of the game included it. Apparently that convention ended though. Hate getting lost in these types of games so I hope it comes back though.
