Invitae NIPT taking longer than normal. I did my blood work on sept 17th and was told that typical turn around time was 5-7 days. Well it’s been 10 days so I contacted Invitae and they said it’s still processing and taking longer than usual and to try back tomorrow.

These companies will never give a 100% accuracy rate for this reason that mistakes can happen (human error, entering wrong results, vanishing twin).
